Booking terms
Published in full, in both languages.
These conditions apply to every booking. We would rather you read them now than discover them on the morning of your function.
These are the studio's booking conditions. We publish them in full so there are no surprises on the morning of your function.
Payment
- Cash payment only. UPI and card payments are not accepted.
- An advance is required at the time of booking to hold your date.
- The balance is payable in full on the first day of treatment.
Booking & cancellation
- Once a booking is confirmed it is not subject to cancellation or refund under any circumstances.
- If your date changes or is delayed, the booking amount can be carried over to a makeup service only.
- Appointments are carried out on a first-come, first-served basis.
On the day
- Please arrive on time. A late arrival delays your exit, and additional charges apply in case of delay.
- Please come alone when you arrive to get ready. Do not bring extra people with you.
- Personal photographers are not allowed. Chargeable photography can be arranged.
- Removal of previous makeup and hairstyle is charged at ₹500. Haldi removal and hair wash are charged at ₹1,000.
- Your luggage remains your own responsibility.
- Outfit fitting is the responsibility of your designer.
Accessories & jewellery
- Jewellery is not included in any package. It is available separately on rent.
- A security deposit of ₹3,000 per person is required for hair accessories during a bridal appointment.
- A deposit must be paid when you select jewellery, whether at your demo appointment or on the day. Without a deposit the jewellery is not held.
- Your advance is returned only once all studio accessories have been submitted at the end of your function.
- Damage to or loss of brooches or accessories will incur additional charges. Late return is charged per day at half the rental amount of the piece.
- Please bring only one person with you for bridal jewellery selection.
Comfort & conduct
- If anything about your makeup or hairstyle does not feel right, please tell us while you are still in the chair. Once you have left the studio a complaint cannot be considered.
- Misbehaviour towards any member of the studio will not be tolerated and may lead to legal action.
